Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

Toyo Tires N.A. is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, and analyzing variances to ensure cost efficiency and budget effectiveness. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong cost accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage production costs effectively.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and collaborate with Japan for cost optimization.
• Direct the Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
