Responsibilities
- Represent DFS in legal matters related to contract drafting and negotiation.

- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and assist in rule development.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in Florida.
- Experience in transactional matters, contract law, or workers' compensation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
