Job Description
Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician in or around Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will understand the benefits of our systems and be dedicated to developing, applying, and enforcing our automated solutions in the dairy industry. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
- Performing biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
- Executing weekly brush changes.
- Conducting monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
- Being on-call as needed.
Requirements
- Willingness to develop the required skill set for maintenance tasks.
- Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, and support.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Comfort working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Flexibility in work hours and travel within a 6-hour driving range.
- Obligation to maintain the company vehicle.
- Comfortable working in a dairy environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Details: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly salary.
