RN Poison Information Specialist (Uncertified)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate RN Poison Information Specialist (Uncertified) to join the Denver Health team! As the RN Poison Information Specialist, you will provide phone consultations and education to consumers and healthcare professionals on human and animal exposures to various substances. This role involves assessment, recommendations, quality control, and public health education.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' status and history of poisoning events.
• Provide first aid and treatment recommendations.
• Document cases and maintain quality standards.
• Offer public health information and complete required surveys.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a medical call center or related setting.
• Active RN license from DORA required.
• Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.

Shift

Evening shifts available in the United States of America.

Salary

$31.34 - $47.01 per hour.
