RN - Kettering - Acute Care Neuroscience - FT/Nights

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kettering Health Network, specifically in the Acute Care Neuroscience department on a Full-Time night shift basis. As an RN with us, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care across various settings.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
• Promote ongoing professional development and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Adhere to the organization's values and standards in providing nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) as per unit requirements.
• Prior acute care experience or completion of a refresher course if returning after an extended absence.
