Retail Merchandise Processor - PT

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at the Lake Pleasant Store. As part of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be processing donated merchandise to ensure it is ready for sale in our Goodwill store locations.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, to meet sales quotas.
• Maintain in-person attendance and safeguard company property.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to department guidelines.
• Inspect donated items for quality and categorize appropriately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Goodwill Core Values.
• Participate in cross-training and department transfers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
