Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of managers and crew members to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and uphold customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.
  • Maintain strong vendor relations and address customer concerns professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (preferred).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
