We are looking for a Relationship Banker - Tier I to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with banking inquiries and explain products and services.
- Process various teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Establish client relationships, determine their needs, and offer appropriate services.
- Create, re-pin, and distribute debit cards.
- Handle night deposits, mail deposits/payments, and manage currency and coin orders.
- Oversee cash vault opening/closing and banking center operations.
- Adhere to CFSB policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and orientation programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
