Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit
- Conduct systematic patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret diagnostic data and telemetry
- Promote quality improvement
- Respond to emergencies and provide patient support
- Act as a patient advocate
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF setting
- Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification
- Clear background check and professional references
