Job Description

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring the delivery of safe care and participating in performance improvement activities.
- Align nursing practices with the organization's values and philosophies.
Qualifications
- Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred, completion within 5 years of hire.
- Refresher course may be required for nurses re-entering acute care after 5 years.
- Additional certifications as determined by unit scope of practice.
