Join our float nursing pool as a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN where you can create a flexible schedule tailored to your availability. We have multiple opportunities across affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area. As a Regional Float LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient/family satisfaction. Your role will involve contributing to nursing assessments, care planning, direct patient care, and supervision of unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• - Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• - Current State Board of Nursing license.
• - Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• - Proficiency in the English language for effective patient communication and care.
• - Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
