Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Regional Community Director, Conventional to join our team at Property Management, Inc. in Lititz, PA. In this role, you will oversee the operational and financial management of scattered site apartment communities within Pennsylvania, focusing on achieving occupancy targets, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve occupancy targets through leasing and resident retention.
• Create value by meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Oversee physical assets for peak performance.
• Contribute to annual budget process.
• Maintain market and competitive property knowledge.
• Build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Ensure strong resident satisfaction through operational excellence.
• Implement reputation management strategies via social media.
• Develop talent within the portfolio and actively participate in the hiring process.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams to accomplish business goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and make salary recommendations.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans.
• Participate in business pitches to new clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a Regional Portfolio Manager role preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in large multi-family property management (500+ units) required.
• 5-7 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
