Project Manager

Job Description

Join Ethan Conrad Properties Inc as a Project Manager and take charge of the construction phase of commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and President of Construction, you will oversee project success, manage subcontractors, review project costs, coordinate with design consultants, facilitate design decisions, and ensure project compliance and timely completion. This role requires travel to Salinas and the surrounding area twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project success and supervise project team.
• Procure bids, award subcontracts, and monitor job costs.
• Coordinate with consultants, review documents, and ensure compliance.
• Participate in design decision-making and value engineering.
• Track project timelines, prepare budgets, and report project progress.
• Prepare closeout documents and review submittals.
• Collaborate with Superintendent on schedule management and recovery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 3 years of preconstruction phase management or 5 years in construction management.
• Strong team building, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $81,000 - $121,000
