Program Coordinator - Second Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join House of Hope Green Bay, Inc, focusing on supporting youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness. The successful candidate will provide crisis intervention, administer direct client services, and ensure a safe living environment. In this role, you will collaborate with community partners to offer essential resources to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, administer, and evaluate direct client services.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment.
• Collaborate with Advocates to enhance client success in various areas.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear background check.
