Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining document security, and other assigned tasks.

Cashier Responsibilities

Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, provide exceptional customer service, offer feedback on products, and participate in inventory counts while adhering to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

Stock shelves, rotate products, follow merchandising guidelines, organize inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
