We are a growing family-owned company with two Michigan locations. Truck & Trailer Specialties has been serving the public works industry since 1974, specializing in plow trucks and large municipal trucks.

What You'll Do: The Operations Assistant will support all daily functions of the Howell Shop, including but not limited to:
- Communicate with customers & vendors in person, by phone, and via email.
- Open and track service work orders, and audit employee time clock activity.
- Assist customers with part pick-ups, direct them to the parts department, and work closely with the shop manager and team leads to schedule deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing and incoming packages, invoice customers daily, accept payments, confirm and track purchase orders, and order and maintain office supplies.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, perform filing tasks, maintain and tidy office areas.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
