Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will support the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring smooth functioning of our network of stores and warehouses. Responsibilities

  • Communicate important information to various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Address and resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Identify and report irregularities in your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training as needed and act as a backup assistant when required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
