Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly motivated Nursing Graduate to join the team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
