Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. You will develop, implement, and revise care plans based on patient needs, collaborate with staff and physicians, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
