Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures. We are looking for a qualified MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing aircraft nacelle support on pre- and post-contractual administration, management, and Terms & Conditions of assigned aviation contracts. Responsibilities include leading sales campaigns, developing the aviation network, ensuring profitability, managing customer satisfaction, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Travel to aviation trade shows and customers globally.
- Develop the aviation network and find new MRO business customers.
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Manage service agreements and program management.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Interact with various internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to sales and business plans.
- Work with cross-business teams and key clients.
- Assist and lead in complex long-term processes and negotiations.
- Generate operating procedures for assigned customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management.
- Recent experience in MRO industry preferred.
