Job Description
Join our team at Marion County Children's Behavioral Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in working with children and families. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy, mental health assessments, and case management services, contributing to a positive and strength-based team environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Conduct mental health assessments and document services according to requirements.
- Provide case management services and aid in accessing community resources.
- Participate in consultations, training sessions, and provide orientation on mental health treatment.
Requirements
- State of Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Or Bachelor's degree in nursing or occupational therapy with one year of postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
- Strong knowledge of mental health concepts, assessment, and treatment protocols.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships, handle clinical documentation, and work collaboratively within a team.
