Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Communicate resident concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in training and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations.
