Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential, a leading company in the technology industry. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding Flexential's sites, assets, personnel, and customers through the development, implementation, and management of enterprise security services and systems. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of managing projects and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inhouse and contracted security staff.
• Act as a security subject matter expert and representative for interactions with stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Lead the configuration and maintenance of physical security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Technical expertise in low voltage systems and security technologies.
• Proficiency in networking and system configuration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genetec Certification or willingness to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of access control and video management systems.
• Experience with network design and IT hardware/software.
