Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The ideal candidates should possess mechanical experience and knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, filter change, PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, and be willing to work night shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery.
- Work with robotic-driven equipment featuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in areas like hydraulics, pneumatics, and oil lubrication.
- Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
- Two or more years of mechanical experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and AC/DC servo drives.
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
