Job Description
Toyo Tires North America is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, with expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
- Work with robotic-driven equipment and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Ensure the smooth operation of machinery through preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Expertise in PLCs, AC/DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
