Job Description
Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role requires expertise in various areas such as PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
- Work on robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
- Utilize expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Adhere to a night shift schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Proficiency in PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Physical ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high safety awareness.
