This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates. Ideal candidates should have at least 3-5 years of residential maintenance or building trades experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds unassisted. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance plus 401(k).
