Job Description

We are currently looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join Laurel Center, a part of Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
