Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure with relevant experience.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.
• Compliance with universal COVID-19 vaccination requirements for safety.
