Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care delivered by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
