Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
