Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential nursing care and support to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and monitoring patient care provided by other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident evaluations to assess healthcare needs.
• Create personalized care plans for each patient.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and supervise the care provided by unlicensed personnel.
• Adhere to infection prevention practices and maintain a safe environment for patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
