Job Description
Join Wise Landscaping's team in Dayton as a Licensed Lawncare Applicator. This position involves providing fertilization and weed control services to our commercial clients, with opportunities for career growth within the company. Key Responsibilities & Performance Deliverables
- Deliver high-quality work on all assigned jobs.
- Perform production within budgeted labor hours and material budgets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate actively in team meetings.
- Diagnose turf problems and provide solutions.
- Generate new leads and communicate enhancements to the Account Manager.
- Maintain applicator license through continuing education.
- Assist in ensuring required materials and equipment are ready for treatments.
- Coordinate equipment care and maintenance with Fleet Services Manager.
- Engage in other work during off-peak seasons, such as snow events.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Valid driver’s license and current applicator license.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions.
- Proficiency in job management and fleet management software.
- Strong customer service skills.
