We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to take on the role of overseeing our kitchen operations. This position involves ensuring a clean and organized kitchen, maintaining food quality standards, managing inventory, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Keep kitchens clean, safe, and organized.
  • Monitor food quality and kitchen inventory.
  • Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff.
  • Implement procedures for waste management.
  • Resolve any issues that arise in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment.

Compensation

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 yearly + Bonus + Benefits
