Job Description
Hornblower - City Experiences is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Cook to join our team in Norfolk, VA. As a Kitchen Cook, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure high levels of quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction onboard our cruises.
Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-the-house operations to meet quality and service standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff to maintain sanitation and safety regulations.
- Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure seamless execution of each cruise for an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
- Previous kitchen staff management experience.
- ServSafe Certified.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
