Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store successfully.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans while ensuring store standards are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience, with management background preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and store equipment.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple locations for training.
