Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently
- Work with equipment following safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
