Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products accurately.
- Cashiering duties and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any issues promptly.
- Follow company cash policies and uphold security procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain document confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
- Operate cash register accurately and handle equipment safely.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task effectively.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
