Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, uphold company policies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands and interpreting company policies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Prior experience in retail is preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus
