Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
