Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You'll collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our company's Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Customer service and cash register operation skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent considered.
