Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
