Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
