Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
