FSQR Quality Pre-Sorter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated FSQR Quality Pre-Sorter to join Cargill's protein and salt business located in Wyalusing, PA. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.

Principal Accountabilities

• Transition from TS Tech I to TS Tech III level after training.
• Interact with USDA-FSIS inspectors to monitor and maintain regulatory standards.
• Liaise between USDA-FSIS and plant operations.
• Prepare carcasses/parts for inspection using necessary tools.
• Rotate through different areas of the harvest floor as required.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and physical stamina.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beef processing and knife skills.
• Knowledge of USDA-FSIS requirements and food safety practices.
• Conflict resolution abilities and adherence to safety procedures.
