Floating Bakery Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Floating Bakery Manager to join the team at Kennie's Markets Inc. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bakery Department, ensuring top-quality products, excellent customer service, and departmental profitability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve departmental sales and profit goals.
• Maintain control over expenses, inventory, and waste management.
• Order raw materials, price products accurately, and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Supervise bakery product stocking, display, and rotation.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Bakery Specialist on merchandising, planning, and sales optimization.
• Ensure departmental cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Supervise Bakery Department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
