Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Learn from trainers to understand the role's importance in building a culture of excellence
- Shadow store managers to grasp store operations fundamentals
- Participate in store tours and learn about the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid
- Assist in administrative tasks, hiring, inventory, and store operations
- Develop subject matter knowledge and improve store conditions
- Attend company trainings and meetings
- Maintain professionalism and meet objectives
Education and Experience
In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field
