Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi provides a hands-on opportunity to work with district managers and gain real-world experience in managing multi-million dollar businesses. You will learn the ins and outs of America's fastest-growing grocery retailer and the chance to secure a full-time position upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Shadow store managers to understand store operations and prepare presentations for ALDI executives.
- Participate in customer walks, store tours, and learn store operations policies.
- Assist in administrative tasks, hiring processes, inventory, and store resets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance store performance.
- Attend trainings and meetings, maintain professionalism, and complete assigned duties.
Education and Experience
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
