Job Description
Are you a current college student seeking an opportunity to lead and impact a growing organization? If so, Aldi is looking for District Managers to oversee operations in an entire district, drive sales growth, and manage multiple stores. This role provides up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for managing a multi-million dollar district successfully.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Develop and implement staffing levels for stores.
- Work with teams to enhance operating results and adherence to company plans.
- Lead meetings, recruit and recommend employees, and oversee training and development.
- Ensure store personnel follow company guidelines, maintain a safe environment, and comply with regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive projects to completion, and facilitate effective communication.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems, and manage store operations effectively.
- Experience in human resource management and business administration.
Travel
Daily local travel with a company car.
