Director of Finance

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Director of Finance to join Hotel Paradox, Autograph Collection. As the Director of Finance, you will lead the financial management of our operations, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cash flow and communicate related issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to advise management on financial objectives.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Establish and audit internal financial controls.
• Prepare financial reports and conduct regular financial analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads on cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure hotel compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with financial data and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in financial leadership and decision-making.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
